Timbo declares

All People’s Congress (APC) Member of Parliament for the Western Area Urban District, Honorable Osman Timbo, publicly announced his candidacy for the party’s flagbearer in the upcoming 2028 National Presidential Elections.

The declaration took place on Thursday, May 1, 2025, at the Brookfields New Hotel in Freetown. The event drew numerous supporters who gathered to show their backing for Hon. Timbo’s ambition to lead the APC in the next presidential election.

Speaking at the event, Hon. Timbo outlined his vision for the APC and the country, emphasizing unity, inclusivity, and equitable governance. He stated his intention to bridge divides within the APC and across the nation.
